We are excited to share that Kenzie Burke has been promoted to Assistant Administrator at Accolade Healthcare of Pontiac!

Kenzie has been a valued member of our team since May 2018, bringing 17 years of healthcare experience—from intern to Social Service Director. She earned her BSW from Illinois State University (ISU) and has achieved many milestones, including:

• Leading Dementia Support Groups
• Becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner
• Developing a successful Behavior Management Program

Kenzie is passionate about creating a seamless experience from admission to discharge, and she excels in building strong relationships and navigating tough conversations with a collaborative approach.

Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on the Chicago Bears and attending her children’s sporting events. Kenzie understands embracing small-town connections and will ensure we continue to support our local community members and events.

In her new role, Kenzie’s goal is to enhance customer service and help staff reach their full potential through proactive and personal support. Her eight years of experience at Accolade Healthcare of Pontiac will continue to guide her in making a positive impact.
