Accolade Healthcare is thrilled to announce that the Paxton on Pells team has been honored with The Sparkle Award for 2024! This award celebrates excellence in maintaining the cleanest, and most organized facility. 

The intention behind creating The Sparkle Award was to challenge the Accolade Healthcare facilities to do some spring cleaning with a friendly competition. Monica Schreck, CNO of Accolade Healthcare put together a rigorous scoring system that consisted of deep cleaning, purging items, and organizing inside and outside the facility. 

Winning The Sparkle Award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail that our team consistently demonstrates. The Paxton on Pells team, led by Dawn Job, Administrator went above and beyond with their deep cleans and sprucing, which did not go unnoticed. Seeing the outside landscaping and clean-up was a standout feat that our judges remarked on with their scores. 

Maintaining a clean and organized environment is not just about aesthetics; it reflects our commitment to providing a safe and welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether it’s our residents, guests, or team members, we believe that everyone deserves to experience the best of what our facility has to offer. 

Thank you to our judges, Moe Freedman, Heather Bassett, and Monica Schreck who spent two days traveling to visit each location in person. The Sparkle Award will be up for grabs again in Spring 2025 and we hope to share more achievements along the way.
