Accolade Healthcare welcomes Holly Blanchard as the new Administrator at Accolade Healthcare of Paxton Senior Living. Holly has been with the Paxton team for two years and previously held our Post-Acute Care Coordinator position. This role allowed her to meet many current residents and families as she helped new admissions navigate post-acute care. Holly is from the Paxton, Illinois area and grew up volunteering in local nursing facilities. Holly received her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has spent the last twelve years in the long-term care industry. When not in the office, Holly’s two beautiful children, Silas, age 5 and Aaliyah, age 2 keep her busy. Holly noted, “I am very excited to be a part of the Accolade Healthcare Team and live the Accolade Mission – never be satisfied with industry standards or norms- treat our residents, their families, and our staff with respect, empathy, and appreciation – provide industry-leading quality of patient care.” We know Holly will hit the ground running in her new role and be a great addition to the Paxton Senior Living team.
