The Accolade Healthcare Team is congratulating Malerie Orsowy, LNHA on her most recent promotion to Regional Quality Assurance where she will join the Accolade Healthcare Regional team.

Malerie joined the Accolade Healthcare team in 2017 when Accolade Healthcare acquired our location in Pontiac, IL. For the past six years Malerie has led the Accolade Healthcare of Pontiac team as the Administrator. She has been part of this location for over 9 years and it will always remain a special place for her.

Malerie has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to our company’s values. Her dedication, expertise, and positive influence have been instrumental in driving our team towards success. Malerie will be joining our clinical operations and learning from Monica Schreck, Chief Clinical Officer.

The Regional Quality Assurance position was created to provide support related to survey preparedness and survey support for all Accolade Healthcare locations and Saxony Court Senior Living. Malerie will also be expanding the current compliance programming in numerous areas for Accolade Healthcare.
Malerie’s past accomplishments like a deficiency free survey from the Illinois Department of Public Health and experience with federal surveyors will be extremely beneficial to her new role.
