We are thrilled to celebrate Tracy Carleton joining Accolade Healthcare’s Leadership Team as the Regional Business Office Manager.  This year will mark 15 years that Tracy worked at the Paxton on Pells location as a Manager in Skilled Nursing Care. Tracy’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment and passion for providing exceptional service to our seniors. 

Tracy’s career in healthcare began in 1990 at Carle Clinic, where she gained extensive experience in various departments, including Gastroenterology, Nephrology, and Dermatology. During this time, Tracy received customer service training and mastered medical terminology, laying a strong foundation for her future in healthcare.

Prior to working in Paxton, IL Tracy worked at Rantoul Carle Clinic, spending five years in Occupational Medicine and three years as a Business Office Manager. This period was instrumental in developing a proactive approach to managing private accounts receivable.

Tracy joined the Accolade Healthcare team in 2018 when Accolade Healthcare acquired the skilled nursing facility at 1001 E Pells St., Accolade Healthcare of Paxton on Pells. She has been a cornerstone of the management team and the Paxton community. Tracy’s work ethic, personable touch and strong communication skills are notable strengths of her success in the Business Office Role. Tracy is excited to continue working with our talented group of Business Office Mangers, sharing insights and fostering cohesive processes across all Accolade Healthcare Business Offices.

Outside of work, you may find Tracy on a nearby pickleball court with friends. She and her husband, Robert have two sons, Matt and Clayton and two granddaughters, Stella and Kelbie. Tracy loves spending time with their granddaughters, camping and hiking with their 5-year-old mini–Australian Shepherd and working with flowers.
